SOUTHERN SEACOAST MAINE VACATION RENTALS

The Residential Rental Division was created in 2002 to introduce an additional service to Anne Erwin Sotheby's International Realty clients located in southern coastal Maine.

We are pleased to offer fine rental homes in Kittery, York, York Harbor, York Beach, Cape Neddick, Wells, and Ogunquit, Maine. Our listings vary to meet all needs or desires, from classic to grand. Our offices in York Village and Ogunquit Village are close to our seacoast listings, which are located within minutes of outlet shopping, restaurants, beaches, mountains and three major airports. More importantly, you'll love living in York County, a place of friendly welcome where you can enjoy the natural beauty of Maine's coast.

Morgan Briggs

Morgan is a York, Maine native and is well equipped to help share all the benefits of renting in our area with visitors coming from all over.

Morgan is a University of Colorado graduate who also spent time in Arizona and Georgia after his time in college working in the construction industry.

He is proficient in fulfilling the needs of both owner and renter by being the bridge in the relationship.

Brooke Taylor

Rental Manager

Brooke is a Ogunquit, Maine and Rye, New Hampshire native with a passion for helping clients navigate the local rental market with confidence. She is committed to building lasting relationships and providing personalized guidance throughout every step of the rental process.

A graduate of Fisher College in Boston, Brooke has spent time living and working throughout the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine, as well as Wellington, Florida. Her local knowledge and dedication to exceptional service allow her to connect with both property owners and renters alike.

She takes pride in making every transaction as seamless, efficient, and stress-free as possible.
